Lampung

Lampung province is located at the extreme of south of Sumatra is overlooked, over flown by most tourists. In the past it was well known for its marvelous 'tapi' fabrics, some using real gold thread, and for its pepper. But today, it is the location from ambitious transmigration projects, resettling farmers from over-populated Java. It boasts volcanoes, wildlife reserve, megalithic remain and a superb coastline of deep-cut bays and wonderful beaches. Its capital is Bandar Lampung, is made up of twin cities that is Teluk Betung and Tanjung Karang. Way Kambas Nature Reserve is a 130,000 ha area of swamp and lowland forest with wild elephant, tapir and many other animals.
The name of Lampung province was taken from origin Lampungnese. Before Indonesia became independent country, a resident led Lampung region and the status was as residency area (Residentie lampungche districten) with many afdeling (afdeling Teloek betoeng, afdeling metroand afdeling kotabumi). The villages/old town with traditional living characteristic could be found like sukadana, menggala, kenali, liwa, blambangan umpu etc. A part of these town bacame the capital of district.
Krakatau

Bandar Lampung

This grave marked by primary ornaments or texture of Hindu. Also found Ikhawan grave (single boys and girl) grave as sacrificed for worship in belief Hindu in the past.
Wonotirto Fishery
This location is located in the of Talang Padang district, Wonoharjo village that be at a distance around 10 km from Kota Agung - Bandar Lampung highway. This tourist attraction is supplemented with swimming pool facilities, the bathing place, the rowing boat, the hut to spend the night and huts to take shelter, relaxed.
Harapan Beach

Badak / Muli Indah Beach
This Recreation place is located in Badak Village, Cukuh Balak District, Tanggamus regency, at Bandar Lampung - Kedondong - Pardasuka - Puith Doh route; it's about 87 Km from Bandar Lampung
Batu Balai Beach

Sawmil Beach
Sawmil beach is located about 20 km from the centre of the Tanggamus regency government widely the location that could be developed about 300 hectares.
Way Gelang Beach The shoreline span that buckled joined with foot the Tanggamus Mountain in this territory of regency waters, has many potential as the object tour-maritime.
Terbaya Beach
Terbaya beach that was located on the left of the road 3 km gazed at the centre of Kota Agung city from the side of Bandar Lampung was the maritime tourism object that was busy visited by tourists during holiday and week final.
Way Gelang Beach
The shoreline span that buckled joined with foot the Tanggamus Mountain in this territory of regency waters, has many potential as the object tour-maritime. Although was not managed-optimal yet, several coasts became the place that often visited by local and foreign tourists.
